International Women's Day 2026

Focus on Women in Veterinary Medicine: In March 2025, the Spanky Project celebrated International Women's Day by hosting a special training for female veterinary professionals, reinforcing their commitment to empowering women in the field.

This was Cuba's first-ever surgical training course specifically for female veterinarians
For International Women’s Day 2026, the global theme is
    “Give to gain.”
